A recap of the Phillies minor leagues and standout players.

An overall record of 14–10 for the four affiliates with Jersey Shore leading the way going 5–2.

A few individual streaks came to an end, Otto Kemp (Clearwater) got on base in 29 consecutive contests before it ended in the second game of a double header on Saturday. Drew Ellis (Lehigh Valley) saw his 13 game on base streak end Thursday. Meanwhile Nick Podkul (Reading) continues his on base streak (16 games), Carlos De La Cruz (Reading)does also (15 game on base streak) and Jake Cave (Lehigh Valley) has a hit in all 21 minor league games he’s played this season which when added to the three hit game he produced for the Phillies before being optioned extends his current hitting streak to 22 games.

The week featured three walk off wins, two four hit games (Jersey Shore’s Casey Martin & Marcus Lee Sang), four pitchers going six innings, two team shutout performances, strong pitching efforts on Sunday and a weekday game in which a position player pitched the last inning.
