Standouts in Week 17 of the Phillies minor league season include INF Cam Cannon, 2B Hao Yu Lee, OF Cade Fergus, INF Aidan Miller, RH Tyler McKay, LH Matt Osterburg, RH Estibenzon Jimenez, RH Danyony Pulido. #phillies

The seven teams went 24–14 for the week. They are a cumulative 273–218 for a winning percentage of .556. The four affiliates participating in split seasons are 63–49 (.563) in the second half.

Lehigh Valley and Syracuse slugged it out to win three games each, a lot of walks as well — 71 free passes in the six games for the two teams combined including 23 in an ABS called game on Wednesday.

Reading played close games but went 1–5, Cam Cannon hit four home runs and Carlos De La Cruz had a strong offensive week.

Jersey Shore went 5–1 against Aberdeen, Hao Yu Lee had a big week going nine for twenty-one (.429) with two doubles, home run, four RBIs, four walks, a .520 OBP. Matt Osterberg pitched a 7 inning gem on Friday and the pitching staff yielded just thirteen runs in the six games played.

Clearwater got excellent pitching also including two shutouts against Jupiter going 4–2 for the week. Estibenzon Jimenez was a standout going seven scoreless innings on Saturday, no walks, four hits and three strikeouts. Cade Fergus hit three home runs during the week.

The Florida Complex League Phillies moved to within a game and a half of first place in the North Division by going 4–1. Multiple pro debuts including first round draft selection Aidan Miller who doubled in his first pro AB and went four for seven in his initial two games played. The Dominican Summer League Phillies White team continued to roll going 4–0, they got excellent pitching (a theme eh) as the staff allowed just six runs total in the four games, the club is on a six game winning streak and holds a one game lead over the Angels (whom they defeated on Friday) in the South Division.

AAA Level : Lehigh Valley : 3–3 for the week against Syracuse, (16–10, 52–47) overall — 8/1/23 vs Buffalo

Dustin Peterson — 6 for 12 (.500) with a double, two HR and three RBIs — .538 OBP

Estibenzon Quiroz — 5 for 12 (.417) with two doubles and five RBIs

Aramis Garcia — 5 for 14 (.357) with a double, home run and five RBIs

Darick Hall — 6 for 20 (.300) with three RBIs and four walks, .440 OBP

Weston Wilson — two home runs and five RBIs

Andrew Bellatti — two appearances — two innings pitched, no runs, no hits, one hit batter, two walks, three strikeouts

Tyler McKay — two appearances — two innings pitched, no runs, no hits, no walks, four strikeouts

Luis Ortiz — two appearances — two innings pitched, no runs, no walks, three strikeouts
